Douglas “Rosie” Rosenstock is a 2003 U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former F-35A/B/C, AV-8B, and F/A-18EF developmental test pilot, weapons officer, and USAF test pilot school F-16 instructor pilot.  During his military career he flew over 2,500 hours in 42 aircraft types. 

Since retiring from the military, Rosie has provided fighter pilot subject matter expertise as consultant on multiple programs including the NAWCAD’s Joint Simulation Environment (JSE), Sims@Sea, FENIX, and DARPA AI Reinforcements (AIR).
